I recently refinanced my home with MMS. Once my homeowners insurance was ready to renew, Trisha at MMS contacted me with regarding the cost of my insurance and wanted to verify the rate I was paying. Turns out I was paying double what most other insurance companies would charge. Thanks to Trisha and MMS I was able to save money and lower my monthly payments. Glad to be working with a company that's looking out for my best intrest in a number of ways. Highly recommend!

I see why you guys get the reviews you get. Makes sense now. Every single month, which has only been a few, since I bought my house, I had to talk with somebody from there. Additional principle was paid, then reversed. Money is now gone and nobody can tell me where it is. I wish I knew this before I bought my house

Since getting solar we have it with our house and refinanced through MMS. Now that I have all the online stuff setup. I’m able to see not only the loan balance, the escrow balance and when a payment is coming due and for how much. Then I can go in and put extra money on the escrow if needed or to the principal. I absolutely love that! I’m really glad that we were able to refinance with MMS. I’m also able to make bimonthly payments, not sure if this is going to take years off the loan yet, at least it’s going to make for a 13th payment for the year. A+

My father was the manager of a savings and loan and my grandfather was a banker. I just want to say that the people at Members Mortgage Services have always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, very rude, unprofessional and shady, Rosa especially. I ended up walking out, never have I been so disrespected. Rosa does NOT have a good repour.

Giving them two stars because they're easy to reach over the phone. However, I have not obtained any other mortgages from MMS. Within the first 3 years of my loan, they consistently failed to pay my insurance on time from my escrow account. Then, my insurance company billed me the late fees since I was the policy holder. MMS admits to sending the checks via mail on the due date however, did not take responsibility for the late fees. Finally, I ended up having to pay my loan to 80% value so I could waive the requirement for an escrow and have the privilege to pay my own insurance and taxes on time. I could have used those funds towards another asset.

I have had my mortgage with MMS for nearly 35 years. I have bought two homes and refinanced twice. Each time was a seamless experience and they have made changes to their website that have made it easy to navigate. You won't find a more reliable, competitive or "feels like family," organization.
