Not the credit union it once was. Don't waste your time applying for a loan as this is not anything like Hutchinson Credit Union! I've been a member for over 20 years and I'm moving on after wasting two weeks trying to get a loan only to get a stupid response as to why they cannot give a loan!

Card had fraudulent charges on a Friday evening, they did not try and contact us. There is no after hours number to call to cancel the card. We contacted them the following Monday about it after almost $2000 was taken out of our account.

Tried to call to make a loan payment multiple times I spent a grand total of an hour on hold and still never got ahold of anyone
