Extremely disapointed in this bank. I needed $20,000 mortgage loan. Because it was so low i couldn't go through my bank. (The lowest they offer is $50,000). Dustin got us approved. They had us jmping through hoops. The house was appraised at $54,000. I have good credit. (Was excellent before shopping for the mortgage) After purchasing the insurance on the property and setting up an inspection, that was asked last minute, they decided to back out. The inspection was not even done. They wasted over a month of my time. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Exchange Bank in Junction City, KS is outstanding. The employees here clearly go above and beyond to care for their customers and it shows. It does not matter what I need, this is the first place I start when looking for guidance because I know someone is more than happy to help. You can tell there is a unique and delightful culture unlike any other bank and it's a gem for the town.

My family has been with this bank for decades, We have always been welcomed, in person or on line, with great customer service. I needed a refund on my debit card, Verizon auto-charged me after canceling and switching to T-Mobile. The personal checking banker collected the information, verified it and granted the refund. Many banks would not have. Whenever I have gone to the teller counter they were efficient and often we enjoy conversation together. There's no fees for the checking account or mandatory minimums. If I recommend a local bank I recommend Exchange Bank.
