Armed Forces Bank, Junction City, KS

Normally have no problems at all but I had a pre authorization charge of over 100 dollars and they basically did nothing about it. I have bills due and that’s my money I didn’t spend. Ridiculous because I know navy Fed would have that charge off as soon as I brought it up. Not tell me to wait a few days and hope it comes off

Called to find out when Junction City branch will reopen. Apparently no one has that information. One car told me they needed my acct info to give me any info! TO FIND OUT WHEN A BRANCH IS REOPENING!!!!

Fast, helpful, and caring. The staff is knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Friendly bank staff, they always do their best to make sure all transactions are promt and completed professionally.

You can’t even do cash deposits on their atm’s. Also their mobile app does not work at all

Awesome service!! Anytime I have a concern with my account I reach out to the armed forces bank in junction city. They have always been friendly and helpful. Great group of people who are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I always prefer to call them verse the contact center. They always treat me like a person. Providing excellent service and real people skills. I called in today and spoke to Mckayla who was able to assist me with ordering a new card and reviewing unauthorized charges on my account.
