No matter what's gong on, what mood your in, if you're having the worst day of your life, you'll always end up leaving the bank in a far better mood than when you left! I don't know how you found such wonderful people, full of cheer and happiness, but whatever the case, they always seem to care. That's rare in ANY business!

Worst customer service. My experience: First and only bank I’ve ever been to where I was told you have to have an account to break a $20 bill. Banks are federal protected in a lot of different circumstances and why else would someone have even invented counterfeit pens. If you don’t trust counterfeit pens and say they aren’t 100% all the time use a magnify glass and look for the details that all real bills have.

The staff of the Junction City branch is engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. I am greatly satisfied with their banking services and with the warm way I am treated each time I visit this branch.

Couldn't be happier with opening an account at this location. I could hear them working in the background and they were all so nice, knew everybody by name.

Opened an account there awhile back what can I say EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY HELPFUL felt like I was the most important person their. HIGHLY RECOMMENED

The girls at Landmark are always so friendly whenever I stop by not to mention they usually make me laugh or smile at least once. Excellent customer service!

I have been banking here for almost 10 years now and when I tell you I absolutely love it, I mean it! I had an issue recently with being charged for something I didn't get and went in and spoke with someone and they told me that they would be able to get it credited back to me without any issues to my debit card and instead of just ending it there, they made sure to call and update me with the situation before the close of business. May seem small but their customer service skills are absolutely amazing and the reason I will continue to bank with them. Huge thank you to Sonny (I hope I spelled her name right) and Tammy the branch manager! Can't recommend them enough!
