Very professional, all the employees are Great

So, I my boyfriend and I were on our way to Lawrence, KS to get our tires fixed and visit Check N' Go for a payday loan. We used Google Maps to Navigate our way around town. We were sent to a location where Check N'Go no longer was. In my frustration I hit a median and wrecked my car. When, I looked up I saw a CHECK INTO CASH SOGN! We googled the time it closed and we had like 3min to get there. I was relieved that the door was still unlocked (most places close early) When I walked in a lady warmly greeted me and took my application. I was apologizing cause it was near close. She assured me it was OK! When processing my application I realized I gave her some wrong info, she was so nice that she said she would have to do the orocws6over and that she was New to CHECK INTO CASH; Well, needless to say... her name was AMMALA, and when I left I was ALL SMILES because she had excellent customer service skills, patience, and the willingness TO HELP ME GET WHAT I NEEDED! Also, thanks to her manager on the phone on her day off! I RECOMMEND LAWRENCE, K CHECK INTO CASH! Make a trip and get your GRIP!

I am Just disgusted at the service here. I drove 45 minutes to get a check cashed, and there was a woman working the front who was being very disrespectful, not only to me but to her fellow coworker. She tried to force her coworker to clock in from her break in order to help me, when I made it clear I was completely okay with waiting. Very unprofessional here. The woman made it clear she did not want to help me. I forgot my id in my car by accident, and I never went back in. I’ve never been so disappointed from customer service, very unprofessional.

Laminda was so nice and helpful when I needed to cash my check and she was very informative and awesome of course! She deserves a raise!!
