I made a payment before the due date, March 14, and sent it to the address indicated on the return envelope. I received a VERY RUDE and harassing phone call today, Saturday, saying the payment was due YESTERDAY, March 22nd and they haven't received it yet. I explained I sent in the addressed envelope. The rude person said they haven't received my payment and DEMANDED that I call my bank to make sure the payment has been processed. When I said it sounds to me like a problem with their loan processing center and they need to talk to THEM about this, I was told that they TOLD me it takes awhile for loans to be processed and I need to mail my payments to THEIR office. I explained I did what I was supposed to do, I didn't get the bill until March 14th, would call my bank Monday ( just to get her to SHUT UP and leave me alone) and she said, VERY RUDELY, that going forward I need to mail my payments to THEIR office. WHY is this MY PROBLEM? The person who set up my loan was VERY NICE and made it easy for me to get a loan. They need to FIRE this employee. If I would have known I would be treated like this, I would have NEVER used them. I'm NOT going to call my bank, I'm FURIOUS and tempted to continue mailing my payments to THEIR payment loan center.

Fast and so easy! They had most my papers already filled out and ready for me when I got to my appointment. The girls were very nice and helpful.

The staff was awesome! The process was fast. I do wish the company itself would find a way to lend a little more and provide better interest rates for it's established customers.

I was efficiently helped by Mr Brooks. He helped quickly and effectively to resolve my problem.

All I can say is a Big Thumbs Up to Jacy Howard in Lawrence Kansas location she was great on everything. Going in I thought there would be No Way of getting a loan well she proved me wrong lol. It helped tremendously.Thank You So Much😀 …

Was alright! I wanted a little more cash but life is complicated! Did not like the interest rate at all! Thought it was too high considering I do pay monthly! I had only one month I had issues! Since establishing initial loan! CS
