You know it's tough enough to have to go through a payday loan place. But to be told they can not help you because you bank online. The bank I go through has zero fees, no overdraft charges, I get my check two days early, it's a great bank! People need to realize that things have changed and adapt to it. But whatever it's your loss. Must be nice to have so much money that you get to turn people away hardworking honest people because who they bank with. It is really truly sad, just think of all the people that really could have used a payday loan and you turned them down and they were so close to making it but since you did turn them down they couldn't get to work, or buy food for there kid. The ripple effect you caused because of who they bank with. Thanks allot for being there.

Dont pay ANY attention to any NAY sayer writing a review, ESPECIALLY the one that wrote that Karen is rude. She is anything BUT rude. For her to say/do anything this person said, there was OBVIOUSLY more than what that person said was going on. Trust me, Karen has been MORE than fair with me MANY times when I couldn't pay on time!! She IS very professional and if your nice with her she will be nice in return. I have dealt with that Check into Cash MANY years and have yet to have a problem!! Again, DO NOT pay any attention to any person that is negative about this Check Into Cash in Olathe! It has been The ONLY one that treats me with respect and does NOT treat me like a number! All the staff working there is VERY nice and extremely helpful!

Karen who works there is rude, disrespectful and has horrible customer service. My friend worked all wknd and could not go in until Monday to make her payment she called Karen to let her know at that point Karen repeatedly threaten my friend and when my friend asked for the corporate number Karen hung up, my friend then called back several times to ask for the corporate number & Karen hung up every single time. Horrible customer service, how does this person work there? no wonder they have a 2 star rating. UPDATE: Karen's boss Ashley called my friend a liar and stoop up for Karen even though we recorded the incidents. Save yourself the trouble and avoid business with them.

Karen is amazing , she is very efficent and effective . She has a wonderful employee named Mindy who is very helpful! I enjoy going in to see these ladies , they are always there when I need them!

Laminda was so helpful and patient with all the verification she had to do just to verify my insurance rebate check. The fees are reasonable. Definitely nice place and great customer service here!

Was very very impressed with how smooth the process was of cashing a check. And the lady that helped me on Tuesday afternoon was spectacular and very personable. Will definitely be returning here in the future for future needs!
