If I could give these ppl zero stars; I would! Worst customer service ever. Just a bunch of rude underpaid individuals who think because they work in a SMALL office. They’re running the business but only running away good people and potential customers. The women in here are Bias, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and they’re LIARS. They waste a lot of eligible borrowers time. They pick and choose what calls they answer by caller ID watching. They pick and choose by they’re mood who they want to give the run around. The manager LINDSEY is a waste of salary money they pay her and the “branch manager RACHEL, is just wearing the title. If this is the way corporate is allowing services to be rendered. This company is doomed. I’ll be sending my recordings along w/my detailed agonizing, distasteful experience w/this company and these women they have working at ONE FINANCIAL office to the BBB. The service here is unacceptable.

Staff is so nice , friendly & knowledgeable! .. Made the loan process easy, smooth & comfortable .. definitely recommend this location!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.... Jill is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL... you get behind on your payments and her tone oozes hatred and disgust towards you. She will talk to you like you are a complete fool. This place is a joke... Tammy on the other hand is wonderful. She is always kind and helpful. Jill should take notes on proper customer service skills.

Jermey is just one of the employees very knowledgeable and professional close my loan in record time , Jeremy explained all my questions .One main saved me from being a homeless veteran never had bad experience all employees are there to help in anyway possible. Very important making payments on time . Covid19 has hurt a lot of customers was given opportunity making some payments on the end of the contract don’t hold Neto that , anyway one main has been awesome , Thank you

Twila at this location is exceedingly rude and uncooperative. Called this morning to speak to a house mate that is not here and I hung up on her rather than be asked a zillion questions. Did she get the hint? No called back immediately and was unwilling to give her employee number or let me speak to her supervisor or manager about repeated calling this number. REFUSED to let me speak to anyone else. Was snotty, arrogant, and in general a horrid customer service rep. Call placed to CS and will be speaking with her regional manager on Monday. Nice move HARRASSING people that are not even in business with your company! Can't imagine what kind of hassle they give to their actual customers!!!

I'm a huge fan of OneMain and I've been working with them for years in Iowa, but this branch is awful. (This review is not a refection of OneMain Financial as a whole, just this location) The employees are rude if they actually decide to answer the phone. I had an appointment last week for a call at 2PM ... My loan officer didn't call...figures. I called today and was told they were busy and my loan officer was at lunch and she would "eventually" call me back. No calls as of yet. I've called their office 7 times today and no one answers. (Think I'm being screened now because I told the lady who answered that they gave me this same run around on Friday and I never got a call back from anyone) I've reached out to the corporate office to see if I can get assistance from them. Thank goodness my needs are not an emergency type situation. I feel sorry for people really needing a loan for an emergency because this branch does not care about fast service. I get if you are short staffed but a quick email or text to your customers to let them know what is going on would be nice. It's been 5 days since my application...and nothing.

By far one of the easiest loans I have ever been approved for. They were extremely nice and helpful and made the process so so quick and easy. I was walked through all my options and am very happy with the outcome I got using OneMain. Definitely recommend!
