Picked up a Ford from JCAC a while back. One thing i distinctly remember is they said they would report my loan to the credit bureaus as 24 months of on time payments which they never did - to help build credit. Does anyone know how to contact them? Or know who might have these records today in 2022? "thanks.

Horrible company trying to con any one they can. Yes they are polite and yes they will put you in a vehicle when no one else will, at what expense? Two vehicles in six months that were both unreliable and left myself and my children stranded a couple of times in sub zero temps. Yes Ford sent tows for the vehicles and yes they paid for repairs. We however made our payments on time and tried to be understanding with them being used vehicles and all but we did the math and we were with out transportation more than we were with and when paying those prices its just not worth it. They wrote off one vehicle it was so bad put us in the other only to have us return it within thirty days because of problems with its motor. Now johnson county auto is trying to screw us. Don't get your vehicles from them you'll have better luck on craigslist.

Got me in a car after being told no everywhere, and they worked with me even when I lost my job! They've really helped me build my credit, and I've been in my Pontiac Sunfire for a year now! Really a good place to go if you're serious about turning your credit around and establishing good payment history.

Hmmm... I really wish there was a 0 star option. The staff that works here is beyond rude & they clearly are not well trained. They act like you are bothering them if you call in to ask any kind of questions! IT'S YOUR JOB! You literally get paid to do this. It seriously takes the girls 2 minutes (yes, 120 seconds) to answer simple yes or no questions. Illiterate & uneducated... to make matters worse, they go & sell my lein to freaking Auto Now... the whole point of the car loan was to open a line of credit that WAS NOT through a "buy here, pay here" establishment so my payments would actually get reported & help me credit. JCAC sold my lein 5 months ago. my credit report shows this loan account closed out & paid off, yet Auto Now has continued to draft my payments. I won't even get started on how much more rude THEIR staff is (can you believe that?) than JCAC... now Auto Now is trying to tell me it's OK that my credit report doesn't show them "yet" because it can take "several months" to start showing a line of credit. It's been 5 months?! all a disaster that got started by JCAC with their poor customer service by selling my lein to an even crappier financial institution than themselves...

This company charged me an extra 6000 dollars for a car thats worth 1100 dollars 21%interest rate and they dont even offer Gap insurance. I have had major problems with this car got it from Shawnee mission ford there crooks as well to every body .STAY AWAY FROM THEM CALLBTHE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM .
