Very unprofessional to say the least . They never pick up the calls, regardless of what time you call . They didn't release my Lien for over 9 months without telling me , until I needed my title and I had to go back and forth with them for months . Please Please do not come here unless you don't care for how you're treated . They also don't care for business hours , open and close whenever they want

I paid off my loan, and these people have not released the lien on my car title for OVER A YEAR. They keep giving me the runaround and I've been paying for storage for a car that Ive needed to sell for this long. They owe me far more money than the loan was this is ridiculous. Finally got my title yesterday after MANY calls to them.

My day was not starting off well extremely stressful but you turned that around by treating me as though I had been a regular patron there for years , it’s nice to see people take pride and ownership in what they do!!!! Took my title in got my loan. Made sure it was an amount I could easily payback. Paid it off in 3 weeks, got my title back. I would due business with them again. Was fast, easy. They was polite and made sure I understand everything.

This place went down hill. They did have great people working there but the company let them go. No longer going back until they being back better help.If you want bad service then this is your place. Go elsewhere for better service.
