My husband and I were coming into the bank this morning with a very large check. We were going to open up a CD account. As soon as we walked in the side door an old lady said May I help you! And she was very hateful. She had just walked in before we did so we just assumed she was a customer as well. Not a good start to our visit.... We get to the front counter and the girl behind the desk acted like we were a bother. We told her we wanted to talk with someone about opening up an account. She gives us a paper with their interest rates. Not what we wanted. So we took our large check and went elsewhere. 🤔 where is your customer service and why do u treat people as if they are out to get ya? Very rude and will not ever recommend anyone going to thus place. 😤 very bad vibes.
