Cash Express, Elizabethtown, KY

I wish I could give less than a star. I have been a monthly customer of Cash Express in Elizabethtown, KY for over 8 years. After an hour of confusion I was turned away today because they didn’t have updated bank information on file. Very poor customer service to a customer that has been loyal for years. I always borrowed $500 monthly and paid back $586.15 and they act like they didn’t care much or at all to see me walk. Very poor experience and everyone knows there are ten other competitor loan companies begging for business. The best part about all of it was the district manager was inside the store and all she could offer was to wait on me to run all over town to collect fresh paperwork for their files. WRONG! Because it could of easily waited till I came in to pay off. Go somewhere else because good businesses make things easy for the customer, especially loyal customers. This place makes things hard and they pray that you don’t pay off your loans so that they can charge you their astronomically high interest rates! Beware!!

Horrible Service! Worked with a lady name Alyssa. She just stared at me like i didn't belong there. Doesn't seem friendly at all. Do not Recommend!
