OneMain Financial of Elizabethtown, KY has always been a wonderful place to do business for myself and my wife. We have never encounter any problems with anyone there. I have used One Main Financial for years and have always paid 100% on time and my accounts have always been paid in full. I recently had unexpected medical bills to happen and was offered online to skip ONE payment and stated the reason and auto payment for that month was cancelled. I received a call from Shirley from this One Main in the Starline shopping center today 2-19-2019 and was told that my payment was late (x 1 day) and I explained to her why and she stated very rudely that this was not allowed and it was not authorized by their office. I told her again that it allowed me to online when I checked my account. It goes to show that regardless how good of a customer you are that you WILL NOT get any respect. I wanted to skip ONE payment in all the years I’ve been a customer and this is how I was treated. Not customer friendly and after this is paid off, I will never use them again!!!

Worse place ever to get a loan. They charge to much in hiding fees and they charge your account when ever they feel like it. I wish i never had them. I advised anyone to qgo anyone esle.they are just legal law sharks. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOU BUSINESS!

From the 1st call til closing, I was informed about process and requirements..No hidden fees..,.no add-ons. Fantastic Customer Service..
