The girls were awesome. They were great. And at the end of the day I got the loan I needed. If I had to pick something, I was a bit discouraged they didn't even try to get the loan unsecured. She told me before seeing my credit score she would need to use my vehicle (once I disclosed it was owned free and clear with a clean title). But it's probably engrained in them by corporate to get collateral no matter what. And the interest rate was much higher than I expected. But again, the girls were amazing and I got what I needed.
