OneMain Financial, Lexington, KY

I have a loan from one main before and was not ask to provide any documentation just my ID and home address with o issues At Nicholasvillie branch, I recently apply for a loan and was approved and taking to Lexington townley center dr branch. They told me to go and take my car and car documents they took a picture of it and later told sorry we can’t help you. I will never do business with them especially with this branch not good people and not helpful and races also.

Poor customer service. They don't return calls and have customers waiting around for days, well unless they can make a sale. Thanks for the courtesy guys! Way to make the little people wait!

Always easy and upfront dealing with OMF. I would highly recommend their services.

It was a great experience. Only this I was truly upset with was when I applied my credit score was 34 points higher than it was when I applied for the loan 3 weeks prior. I would have liked them to adjust the interest rate to mirror the new credit score. If there is anything we can do to make this happen please call me with a solution.

To be honest I absolutely did not like anyone from this place a year ago. They were rude, not helpful and very discouraging and I was able to get the loan, but I could not do business with them at that time. They scared me! This time though , the person was very helpful, very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was peculiar to me was the day after I already obtained the loan, another associate called me wanting to help me with my loan so there was some kind of lack of communication in the system confirming I didn't need to be rallied anymore for the loan. I don't exactly like the APR but it was very helpful for me. I am just glad they were nice this time! Who wants to do business with rude people? Be kind people! You catch more bees with honey!

They are very unproffessional and very unfriendly. Mike hung up on me. Another woman very rude as well. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. I have already left a review with the BBB.
