I have worked on many loans with the Valley Station branch for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say about them! It’s quick, easy and painless! I specifically work with Tina Lynch and could not ask for a better “awesome loan lady”!!!

I spent 45 minutes filling out the account information online. Their website said it could take up to two days for them to call or email me to arrange to come to their Credit Union and make a deposit to open the account.
After two days I called them and was told that my account was being processed.
After three days, I give up!
And I would like to thank the other Google reviewers who rated this CU appropriately low that helped me decide to find another bank.

My husband and I have accounts with this credit union. Both of our father’s were in the military. When I opened up my account. I worked with a very sweet, respectful, professional woman. However, my husband’s experience is turning into something more unpleasant and very unprofessional. The fact a comment was made that I’ve seen y’all every day this week is absolutely unacceptable and untrue for that matter. Is this really how you greet your new accounts/customers?! Also, learning that there’s a 5 day hold on all checks over 1,000 more like 7 days for us. (Weekends not included) The woman stated it’s because unsuccessful wire transfer. It was a lot of paperwork involved my husband was unfamiliar with and needed help completing by credit union etc. Our apologies for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused your day. We are completely ok with waiting. Again, this should’ve been bought to our attention prior to opening account. Manager was able to call and verify any information regarding this transaction but refused. Thanks for all your help!

Worst bank, I’ve had them for 10 years and they get worse each year. All the incentives they offer , are to mask what a terrible, complicated place they are. THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING, including using your debit card as debit will auto charge a $1 fee, I’ve had to change my statement preferences that I never set to begin with to avoid fees, they don’t notify you if you overdraft till they’ve really racked up the fees, and to pay off said fees you have to jump through 50 hoops. The app is always in repair, their payment & policies constantly change. You can barely get customer service on the phone. One week they’ll tell you one thing, the next week whatever they told you is no longer an option due to policy changes.

I had a gentleman call me to apologize, he was very kind but I left this review as a definitive review. Every company is apologetic AFTER they screw you & you leave. Nice to know they want you back but most businesses don’t wanna lose business so in my opinion they should do better to begin with.

I would not recommend this credit union to anyone. They charge you 1.00 every time you use your DEBIT card as debit. They ignore time sensitive requests to get loan payments taken care of. They have lost my checks i’ve put in their night drop. I asked to speak to a supervisor on friday and was denied, and instead told someone would call me Monday which did not happen. As someone who works in this industry, I highly recommend you check out other local credit unions.
