This group of professionals are absolutely amazing and delightful to work with. Particularly Kathryn Ward. I thought I had made a mistake filling out the forms, which would have set our complete process back at least a week. I panicked, as it was well after business hours, and took a chance on an email. After 7 in the evening I sent an email, and within minutes she had replied. She made me feel at ease and most of all, she made me feel important. Unprofessional is being nice the classless "Manager Katie" literally threatened me!! I was lied to and rushed through signing papers so they could go to lunch. Now that my lawsuit has been strung out due to closings from Covid. I am now being told I have to pay back triple what I borrowed. Transparency is definitely not given to everyone. There is no corporate office to call and was told there was no way I could speak to the owner.

I don’t always get a loan, but they are very professional, nice and I love this place . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I heard so much bad about them but haven’t experienced it.
