After my initial review of American Farm mortgage, the CEO of the company gave me a call the next morning, to apologize for how the companies representative handled the situation. He was very well spoken and wanted to know what happen and what needed to be done to fix the situation. After a hour conversation with him, I came to the realization that they do care greatly about there customer experience because as he put it they work for the customer and customer can always leave to find another bank if there not happy with the customer service. To me this was a huge plus with the possibility of working with a bank, one that's willing to apologize and work with you to see whats needed to improve. I personally still wouldn't work with chip pratt from NY but i am willing to give them another try to see how good other representatives can do.
