ALERT THIS COMPAMY IS A SCAM!!! If you are veteran stay away from this company they will steal from you, lie to you, and will never call back. I called the VA and was told to write a complaint to the CPAB, and they lied to them. The VA said, “we know what is going but cannot do anything.” This company fixed it so my escrow was short and raised my monthly payments by $200.00. My taxes were in Nov and Insurance in JUL, yet they valued the home in JUN. Now they sent me a check which twice I refused, and they said my payment would not go up BS it did. I never could get a call back and there only resolution was to refinance the house. They are a swindle of a company. Now they want to sell my loan and I have a request to pay own taxes and insurance for over a month. Richard told me it was done another lie and so I changed insurance companies and they shorted my escrow saying I have not been approved ye and will have to go through the process all over again with the new company!!! SCAM SCAM SACM!!!
