Great people, Great service

Staff very friendly. I used Personal Finance for years but since Mariner Finance took over things have changed. When they took over Mariner quit sending out paper statements and only sent emails. Then emails stopped for statements. So you have to remember when your bill is due and won’t know how much more you owe. But they can call me every week or every other week to see if I need more money. And I get numerous emails about them wanting to lend money to me, but can’t email a statement. Again, very friendly and helpful staff, but with Mariner taking over I won’t go back.

Fantastic and friendly service. Listens and understands your needs. I felt comfortable and not intimidated. Couldn't ask for a better staff run by a highly intelligent manager.

Borrowed 1500.00 2 yrs ago. I have been paying 200.00 a month for 2 yrs and still can't pay this loan off. I haven't received a statement the entire time. You do the math. They won't let anyone in stating due to covid. Someone needs to investigate this place.
