Best loan company I have ever used! Frank is the best, he went out of his way to work with me even with my student loans high impact on my credit score. During the Christmas holiday they only took an interest payment so I would have more money got the kids, and when I was unable to work do to pregnancy complications they didn't harass me about a payment and patiently waited for my short term disability to start. I have done business with them for over two years now and can't think of a single bad thing to say about them. A wonderful, caring, but most importantly UNDERSTANDING group of people!

I called to get the bank lender and spoke with Melissa here. She yelled at me when I asked what the name of the bank I have my loan through is. I'm a customer and this is not customer service at all. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time she has been un professional. Thank God I have her on a recorded line. I will be reporting them better buinsess burue and escalating this. I work for a bank and I know this is something lenders will not tolerate is this type of unprofessionalism with their customers.
