The staff are friendly but communication and explanation could be better

The staff at the check into cash are great people. It’s the customer service U.S. money card provides that are pretty unreliable when it comes to fixing problems only they can fix. I’ve done everything I could do except be rude to anybody but while the trouble with my card was occurring the employee still joked with me and kept me reassured.

Melissa is the best at what she does! She went above and beyond the call of duty to cash my check I recommended asking for her everytime .She will definitely take care of you

I went in and was greeted by Melissa she helped me quickly and got everything perfectly in order!
