Barbra there , I will always make sure she never wait on me ,or I will go so else ! We agreed to a certain amount the day before, after she didn't return my call for a loan twice, I had to keep calling her back,guess the loan wasn't enough for her. We made it Very clear on what I was getting without my payment increasing, so I took of from work, drove from an town, to find that my payment was higher and she knew it..... so I ask the manager for a complaint number to call ,and he gave me a made up number that never answers.... I have been doing business there for a long time. I did report it to the better business bureau, waiting on my second response. Can't wait till those two are replaced before they lose my business and anybody else that I know..! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SUCK !

Daniel, Barbie and Lori are always so nice and helpful. Sometimes I call at 5:29 and they will still answer the phone. Most businesses would not dare answer the phone 1 minute before closing.

I recently came in for a personal loan and I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.

Lady at front desk no help at all and has a terrible attitude no matter what you say don’t come in past 2:00 she’ll be ready to get off
