UPDATED!!! I wrote a great review and left 5 stars. Unfortunately there was a HUGE lack of communication on their end. After stating we were going to try to get approved for a certain amount nothing further was stated upon approval, therefore I, the applicant was lead to believe that I was getting more money for less of a monthly payment. After further review the amount of the loan was less than agreed nor did anyone update me on the total amount loaned. C. Isom was called over the phone. After stating my discrepancy that I had found. All he could say was he wasn’t able to help me. Also would like to add I placed my car which is currently worth approximately $18,000 as collateral and still was not able to get a $1,500 loan. After a couple of days I received call from Eagle stating they didn’t want to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I had already made up my mind when I got my employers check I would be paying off the loan and learning my lesson. They have not only loaned me rest of the money, but also have made the payments more flexible. They are good folk, will be using again!!!

Friendly staff, great management! Overall AWESOME place. I have gotten multiple loans from this company. These people have always helped me when I needed it the most, I even had a recent complication with my payment that was due and Chris was very understanding and willing to help. I would give more than 5stars if possible.

I was turned down by several places before being referred to Eagle Finance. I was not hopeful but tried anyway. Bonnie helped me with my application process and I was able to get approved. I appreciate them so much, would Definitely recommend.

These folks are fantastic! I visited this week (third incredible experience I’ve had there). The loan process was smooth, quick, money in my account before I walked out of their door. They’re always super professional and more courteous and respectful than any where I’ve visited before. After leaving the office, I discovered I’d locked my keys in my car. As I was frantically searching for a locksmith, they sprang into action, discovered roadside assistance I had through my account with them that I was unaware of, made the call, arranged for the car to be unlocked free of charge within minutes! Even better, while I was waiting they offered snacks & drinks. This place is the epitome of customer service and I’m so very grateful for their assistance that truly went above and beyond!

The people here are great and are very understanding. I was in and out in under an hour and have recommended several friends and co-workers. 5 stars to Ms. Bonnie
