This company repeatedly leaves garbage at my doorstep.
It's littering my whole neighborhood.
Nobody has ever thought "Oh I should go here" After having to pickup trash at the door after a long day of work.

This business constantly leaves promotional items door-to-door in my neighborhood, which is not only annoying, but ends up getting blown around and littering the whole yard. It's wasteful and desperate.

Alex and Sam has been nothing but amazing to me the whole time I've went here. If you need to borrow cash until payday, here would be the best place!

Today I brought my sister here, who just moved from a neighboring state, to cash her final paycheck. The woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and incompetent at doing her job. She tried to lie to me and claim that my sister could not get her printed (not handwritten) payroll check drawn on a major bank cashed because she did not yet have a Kentucky ID--and when I mentioned taking her somewhere else, she tried to make out like she would not be able to cash it anywhere else, either. She also obnoxiously tried to insinuate that my sister might be some criminal who was trying to give her a fake check or something and skip the state! (Remember, this was a printed payroll check drawn on a major bank!) I guess according to the woman working at Cash Express in Richmond, no temporary worker from out of state should ever be able to cash their paychecks while in the state of Kentucky! Funny, I had called another Cash Express location the day before in Lexington, explained the situation, and they had told us over the phone they would be able to cash it for her. I only went to the Richmond location to save a drive to Lexington. I took my sister to Wal-mart, and lo and behold, they were able to cash it for her with no problems at all. I personally don't anticipate ever needing their services, but I will also never recommend them to anyone again either.

my name is Ms. Hunt. I just very recently moved to Ky. to be with my family. My sister went in with me to cash my final paycheck from my last job, I grabbed a number and we took a seat. when my number was called, the lady asked if she could help me, when I pulled the check out of my pures, she didn't even look at it and asked for my Ky. license in which case I don't yet have one. She preceded to tell me that she couldn't help me because of my license. So we just walked out and I was pissed. We went to Walmart and got it cashed with no problems.my advice to everyone is NOT to go there, for they are very rude

My daughter and I went into Cash Express on Main Street in Richmond today to get a simple payroll check cashed for her. She had all the identification that she needed and asked me to walk in with her, because she had never been there. We have never experienced such rude employees as the two women working that desk. The first employee had an attitude the second we walked in the door like she was mad that we were there for such a simple thing and the second employee went out of her way to try to humiliate me and be disrespectful for absolutely no reason whatsoever. While my daughter was asking me questions about filling out the form that they require to cash the check, she keeps interrupting after the first employee you couldn’t even be bothered to glance over and say hey, can I help? She looked me dead in the face and said first of all you need to go sit down I said absolutely not. Will I be going to sit down I’m helping my daughter who asked for my help then proceeded to say I can tell you’re making her nervous because I have a kid and it always makes her nervous when I stand over her, OK well, maybe your daughter just doesn’t like you because mine asked me for help! We are both completely blown away that that interaction even happened. We just said forget it and walked out the door and went to Walmart who did it in less than five minutes for half the price. That was the most ridiculous thing that has ever happened. She stepped into a situation. She knew absolutely nothing about because the other employee wasn’t interested in doing her job and she assumed that there was a situation going on that wasn’t so she went out of her way to try to humiliate me and be as disrespectful as possible. At least that’s the only conclusion I can come to for why she would completely act like that. It was so bizarre never again will we ever walk into that store. We were not being rude. We were not being aggressive. We were not saying a single thing out of the way. It was just a normal tone conversation and for her to act like that blows my mind.
