Check Into Cash, Baton Rouge, LA

Went in for a new payday loan and the CSR was rude and trying everything in her will to not give me a loan before looking at my documents. I have worked as a Store Manager for a payday loan company and her lack of customer service and willing to help was obvious she was only trying to close down for the holidays and could care less about growing business. Never the less, I went to American Cash Advance, located in the same shopping mall and they were very helpful! Check Into Cash lost a good customer and the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because there was a man working who was genuinely trying to assist but the woman kept trying to rebuttal.

Very friendly and courteous service. The staff did their best to help. A nice atmosphere to do business in.

The employees have excellent customer service, friendly and go that extra mile for there customers.

Literally the worst experience. Waited an hour just to be told a personal check can’t be cashed because they didn’t like the reason. Never again.
