I am an employee at Standard and I can say that the bad reviews under our name are for the old Standard Financial that was ran by different management. Most of the bad reviews left are not even our customers. That being said, we love what we do and we love helping our customers! We take pride in getting to know our customers on a personal level and helping them in times of need! Call us if we can help you with some extra cash!

There customer service has been good to me . They have been very nice to me. I would recommend anyone with bad credit to use them. You interest rate will be high but remember you have bad credit.

Try and pay off your loan in full these people go into panic mode and suddenly they have to put you on hold for everything, get someone else on the phone who asks you "how can I help you" even though you just talked to 3 people before them asking them all to just pay your account off and be done with them. Then when I finally talked to someone who began to take my payment information the guy was constantly getting everything wrong and telling me to hold on, repeat myself, verify something else etc. I was literally flipping out on my end of the phone mouthing screams to my wife about how I could not just pay off my balance and get the hell off the phone, BUT if you are late on payments these folks will be out beating on your door waking your family up demanding payments. Also my ~$600 loan turned into me owing $1500 in the end and I didn't know how what I owe could be doubled. Screw these people.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Dealing with these people is like dealing with the mob. They harrass, and publicly drag you through the mud, even though you are attempting to work with them. Don't deal with them!
