This is THE BEST place to go for short term loans! Ms. Helen an Steve were the ABSOLUTE best, but unfortunately, for their customers, they retired. I pray this new management staff is up to the standards set by them, and continue to implement those very standards the company was built on.

This was my first time Natalie was training a new employee i believe her name was Monique so I came in on Saturday May 13 she was training and also had her daughter working shredding paperwork also had LOUDDD vogal unprofessional music playing off of her phone my experience was very horrible i will be sure to spread the word about the kind of work environment have there having underage children working . it was a lot of back and forth going on she had a horrible attitude said at first she would give me the manager Jamie number then calls her before she give the number and mute the phone so i wouldn't be able to hear her i wanted to borrow again but decided not to after she lied to the manager about what was going on she hung on me 3 times and by then i was furious still trying to speak to the manager why she was over talking me she then had manager on speaker saying she didn't want to speak to me because its not like she wasn't upping the amount that i could borrow to help me and its really not why i wanted to speak to her it was about customer service and how i was being treated as a customer jamie said that her boss was on vacation so i asked when he returned because i would like to speak with him she basically didnt answer
