Unprofessional, will call you from cell phones and out of town numbers. Will make an arrangement with you and tell you they won't report late pay to credit bureau once you make payment, they report it anyway. Will NEVER do business with again. RUN....don't walk away from this company.

Keep track of your payments. They don't send out statements and try to use your lack of knowledge to get you to miss payments. I would have to call them to take my payment or get charged a late fee. I spoke to someone in the office who said they don't have an accounting system. My guess is they write it all down in a notebook.

Managers have no respect for you. I tried to pay a loan for a month and a half that was just gone. They called me saying I had to pay right now, I told them I couldn't at the moment. I called the next week and paid them. I got charged a late fee, I tried to explain to the guy I have tried to pay and they never could find the loan. But it was my fault and he would not take it off. Horrible people and crappy company.

I paid a loan for 2 years, once I got to my last payment I forgot to pay them off. Tower Loans charged me over $50 in late fees and refused to waive any of that fee. For a $50 balance? WOW! Don't go there they aren't customer friendly at all. No wonder they are rated at 1 star.

Absolutely the worst loan company in the world. Do not get a loan with these crooks they are horrible to do business with. I took out a $2,000 loan and they tacked on high interest and now I have to repay back $8500. The service is horrible and the people that work there are the absolute worst. The man that works there shows up to my house every other day banging on my door. They call my phone non stop back to back. It is not worth the stress and harassment. Please do not get a loan from them because you will regret it.

My husband identity was stolen due to this company sent out a check in his name to an address that he hasn't lived at in over 10+ years. And someone at that address signed his name and they cashed it without any proof of identity.

Do not deal with this company, they break alot of laws. The fat guy at the central location is an idiot and a liar, and the new girl at the counter doesnt know how to count money unfortunately.
