I took out a loan before Covid hit in 2020. I had never missed a payment until then. I have an underlying condition that drastically impacted my income. Jamie and his staff went above and beyond for the past few years to figure out ways for me to stay in positive status with them. Never once were they rude when they called me. I appreciate their services and would refer anyone to them who is in search of a personal loan.

Very unprofessional staff. At least a couple of them. They will talk trash and make idle threats. I wouldn’t recommend using them and I’d give zero stars if I could.

Great service! I applied and was approved online instantly. Then I was able to upload all documents online, and they scheduled my closing at my convenience. Everything was ready to go when I arrived for my appointment, there was no waiting and I was in and out in 45 minutes ! My funds were direct deposited in my bank account the same day. Additionally, the entire staff was great, but my representative Derrick was amazing throughout the entire process!

Made a payment early and didn’t cancel the automatic draft for that month they continue to draft although I wasn’t due till the next month. When I call to talk to someone about it no answer during their business hours. I left a message no return call. I left messages twice. I finally reach the company and oh my they were very rude and the female manager was rude and unprofessional. This was the Bossier City, La branch.

The lady handling my account was helpful, patient and reliable. Within one day the money was in my account!

I did the online application and actually got a call before I completed it. We processed everything right then and there. Had a small verification and approval period while on the phone and finalized it all in one process. Wonderful personality and expertise.
