The 'Assistant Manager' (Ashley) is incredibly unprofessional. The actual manager went above and beyond his job description. Too bad they cannot all be professionals.

Absolutely unprofessional down to almost dishonesty. Find somewhere else. Actually most finance companies are awful. If you want to do something better for yourself try to go through a bank. They get people in who have nowhere else to turn. These places are all crooks.
