Best mortgage rates in town, and I have always had a great experience with customer service and tellers.

They don't even do secured loans without a high credit score which makes no sense for a SECURED LOAN. Maybe they don't train employees properly. They never seem to know what they can and can't do. Every time I have talked to a manager and then came in the teller tries telling you something totally different. Bank is a joke

The staff is helpful and friendly. However the way business is conducted is seriously archaic. It's 2021 things at this establishment need to improve technology wise. It's time to catch up to the competition. My brother has a different bank and did his entire mortgage without ever stepping foot into a branch. I,however, got a $400 loan and have been in numerous times and had to make numerous calls/messages before even closing the loan. Also your employee turnover rate is awful. Maybe start questioning why so many people have chosen to be employed elsewhere.

They are busy but nothing stops them from a smile and the how are you today. GFA Has a good crew.

The Parker St location is horrible! The ATM is always down. The other day I went to the ATM surprisingly it appeared to be working. Unfortunately it was not. It never dispensed my cash. I called the bank the next morning as it was past business hours the day before and was told since it was a Saturday they would have to wait til Monday to resolve the issue. They also stated they have other complaints of similar issue. I understand so Monday comes around and NOTHING. Oh and of course they are closed before I get out of work. Super aggravating and beyond done with the customer service at GFA. All they do is mask all the issues they have going on. All I'm asking for is the money that was never received but now I'm being told I have to go into a branch to file a dispute

Hi GFA FCU, I'd like to have a conversation with you about the repeated issues ive been having with my Social Security deposit funds being either frozen and unusable either the very day it gets posted and cleared, and it goes from pending status to available funds. Sometimes it doesn't happen the same day as my funds become available. Sometimes it's random. And I won't know until I try to use my GFA debit card And it will decline with the card not being active NOT INSUFFICIENT funds I usually have plenty in there. The first time this stunt was pulled we had run out of gas and my trying to pay for gas froze my account and made my linked debit card gets completely deactivated meaning I must PHYSICALLY show up to GFA and pay $10 for a new one and we are financially struggling because of health issues I can't afford the $10 if I don't plan or budget it properly. A fixed social security income does not go far. Also, I use cash app frequently and GFA I believe is treating my cashapp activity as suspicious activity as safety and security function. I get that.the ONLY way I have to gain access to my funds, is by sending a sum of money to husband vis cashapp BUT CANT ADD FUNDS TO MY OWN CASHAPP THATS IN MY NAME AND HAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THAT Verify it's me making transfers. I think GFA ought to cover the cost of our new debit cards.. Sorry l felt the need to give 1 star this time but I should be able to use my funds whenever I want as many times as needed.

Spoke to Chris who answered the phone! I told him I wanted my Savings Statement removed from mailing.. because they are Charging $3.00 a month the statement. He didn’t want to budge to remove it for me!! He said I had to do it myself! That’s BS!! What a Jerk..Not Helpful at all! Poor Customer Service!!

Each and every time I go into any GFA branch, I am always greeted with friendly and helpful service
