The staff is generally extremely friendly and helpful and the new ATM is great but this bank tends to be slow to clear pending transactions/ pre authorization charges on your debit card making it difficult to determine the correct balance in your checking account and just got hit by 2 over draft fees yesterday because of this, even though my account returned to a positive balance in the same 24 hour period. This bank does not really care to have you unless you keep a consistent balance of $2000+. In fact I was specifically told I was not eligible for overdraft protection because I do not have a $2000 average balance. If you can maintain over $2000 at any given time then I recommend this bank. If not, I recommend the Walmart greendot bank. They are one day faster with transactions and deposits and never charge me overdraft when balance is returned to positive within 24 hours.

Always a pleasurable experience with all the staff. Tracy is a top class branch manager who not only helps the consumer, but always give advice on what the would be the next best step in any process.

On Dec 20th I stopped to use the ATM. It ate my card. I called at 10 am and they said they had my card and I would have to bring my ID in order to get it back. I asked if my wife could stop and get it since my work hours start earlier than the branch is open and later than the branch close time. They said only I could retrieve the card. Being a member for over 20 years and considering the holiday season and how important access to my funds are during this time, I am not at all pleased with their decision. There should be no reason why my wife could not show her ID and get my card since it is a joint account and both of our cards are linked to the account. I do realize security is very important, but considering the inability to stop in due to my work schedule, I believe more could have been done to rectify the situation in which I had no control of.

Anytime I ever call here, the people have the worst attitudes. I don't know what is going on that they are so miserable but it's poor customer service.
