visited the Leominster location on main street and had the pleasure of meeting Jessica. She was professional and confident. She introduced me to Jennifer Phelps (manager) who assisted in opening my checking and savings account. I had such a pleasant experience, beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with the assistance provided. Earlier in the day I visited LCU and left due to a negative experience. Jennifer was patient, kind, with no judgement. She is just amazing at her job and her customer service skills are superb. She made sure I was aware of each program offered along with financial guidance. Thank you for the experience.
