Align Credit Union has always provide us with exceptional customer service. Especially when we process any type of loan through them. We recently needed an auto loan within a few days. They were able to deliver the check to us within 2 days of processing the loan and receiving all of the paperwork. If only everything we did was as easy as working with Align!!!

I recently used Align Credit Union to help finance the purchase of a used car. I can't say enough about how great they were to deal with. I actually ran into a lot of trouble getting the paperwork I needed from the car dealer to finalize my loan. Sharon, the underwriter who was helping me, went above and beyond in the assistance she gave me. From phone calls, to emails, to staying late to finalize my loan on a Friday night so that I could pick up my check before they closed. Sharon was absolutely fantastic!! Not only did she make sure I was able to close on that car loan, but she also made it effortless to refinance my other car to save me quite a bit of money. I strongly recommend working with Align Credit for all of your needs!!

Honestly I can't say enough good things about the people who work at Align Credit Union. Unfortunately, my furnace decided to stop working a few weeks ago in early December 2021. I heard from a friend Mass Saves offers an interest free heating loan. I immediately went to the Mass Saves website ( I had no heat at the time and I was starting to worry my pipes would freeze. ) On the Mass Saves website I found Align Credit Union as an approved loan supplier. I decided to email Align Credit Union to discuss my loan options. Denise Perrin contacted me right away and worked with me over the phone, which meant I didn’t need to take time off from work to go into one of their bank location. Denise helped me apply for an emergency heating loan and expedited the approval process. After my initial inquiry with Align Credit Union my heating loan was approved within 24 hours. A few days after that I couldn’t believe it, I had a check in my hand from the Align office location in Framingham. I've told so many people about the positive experience I had with the bank! I have been an Align Credit Union member since the old days when it was under the old name. When we were unhappy with our current mortgage provider, we looked to Align and the process was smooth and personal. It felt like we were part of a family instead of just another customer number. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because their app and website could use some upgrades to make it a bit more user friendly.

Super easy process to get a car loan. I did it all via email. Emelie was very clear with her instructions, and she kept me up to date all the way through the process. They have great rates too. Highly recommend.

We have had our accounts with Align aka NMTWCU since 1985. We have had various loans and deposit accounts and have always been treated well. Our last car purchase #consumerloanunderwriting@aligncu took additional steps to contact the car dealer to have the documentation correct and forwarded to Align to allow us to purchase the car quickly.

awful online experience, representatives straight up lied to us about how we can submit loan payments
