Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. (I tried to take advantage of this but they're smart and know their stuff smh) The store is cozy and clean. I stop by for some fresh air from time to time. The prices are great I shop there and feel like a baller. I'll give them 5 stars but someone gotta play dumb for me at least once so I can feel like I got over.

I actually like this shop. I’m waiting to buy another designer bag soon. The staff are genuinely friendly and the store is very clean. Great place to shop or drop off something to pawn.

I don't know where these people get their prices from or what fish are price computer they're looking at but they're out of their mind about $200 drill they're going to offer me $10 for places a joke don't go there the people are polite but they're looking to just rip people off playing and simple

Empire Loan is very professional and patient! I brought in alot of silver to sell and even though it took time consuming work to check each piece, they got through it with a smile and in record time. I've used them before and would again in a heartbeat!

Always have a pleasant experience here. Always been treated kindly. I’ve never felt like I had to or forced to buy anything. Pretty reasonable with loan’s if you ever need one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Whether purchasing, getting a loan, or just browsing you’ll be treated with respect and not feel pressured.
