Great bank. They are always there to help you when you walk in and there's free coffee. Bank manager Michael is always helpful. Previous manager Wendy was also always helpful. They must pay them well or something :-) Seriously, they are a cut above the other banks. One suggestion, it would be nice if you gave away free money once in a while... see what you can do!

I hope the corporate board at unibank sees this and understands in this moment a one size fits all policy isn’t always the best fit. After a week of almost no sleep, constant care for my immediate family as well as my uncle and grandfather, a very exhausted human wasn’t afforded kindness when it’s always free and easily given. That not only could the correct expectation have been set the first time, but employees should always be kind at a minimum and should always handle these situations with care.

I met with Kristen about payroll and HR and she said she would keep me in mind....she spent considerable time with me and was very patient.
