Pioneer Valley Credit Union, Springfield, MA

I've been a member here for over 5 years, and for the last two years I haven't been able to reach anyone when I call. Their operation hours are terrible, and it's hard for anyone who works first shift to get to the bank because they close at 4pm during the week. They're only open 9am-12pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. If that's the case at least have a good customer service phone line that members can rely on. I leave voicemails to the loan department and member services, but no one ever returns your phone call. It's really giving bare minimum effort on their end.

I was seen today by Natalie she helped me open my first credit union today and was amazing she took her time and explained everything for me and was taken care of thank you so much Natalie loved the service and I’m glad to be apart of the pioneer valley family Happy Holidays ❤️ - Brianna C

These people are the very worst to deal with. I recently closed my account. They cut me a bank check but wouldn’t cash it. Why I asked. Because you’re not a member. So glad I’m not with them anymore

They were open on Saturday and super helpful and friendly. Especially Tamika who helped us get a new account set up for my oldest.

I'm excited to start banking with Pioneer Valley. Jimmy was amazing. Super kind and attentive and answered my questions, and assisted another customer too. Thank you for being conveniently located in Baystate Hospital

Excellent experience with getting an auto loan. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive to details & made the process as stress free as possible. Highly recommended, 5 stars!
