Just don’t get your hopes up if you have a business check made out in your name and you want to put it in your account because if they don’t “know” you they’ll deny you even though you’ve been a long term member.

There are so many reviews about not being able to do things if you don’t have an account here, so I figured I would add my experience. I tried to cash a check and I DO have an account here, but I was told I could not cash the check because my fiancés name was on it as well and he doesn’t have an account, even though I do. I went in a separte time to get a bank check and the same snotty stuck up lady was at the front and had the audacity to bring up that situation to me again, arguing with me even though this visit had nothing to do with it. They are very unprofessional, if you are considering this bank go elsewhere.

The only bank that won't change a $100. bill because you don't have an account with them. Go figure
