Called multiple branches multiple times every time couldn't speak to a real person and the selection to bring you to a real person 0, only repeats the automated message. Worse no way to contact them without going in person because of their website and app update. Terrible customer service and big screw up on the app with the update to the point that you'll be locked out of your account and can't access your bank info. Going to the bank very shortly this isn't the first time we've had issues and highly considering changing banks and wouldn't recommend this entire chain to anymore.

its rediculous that this bank will not give change to a business whos employees do not personally have an account with them, thanks for nothing jennifer

I have been getting change here for months and on Tuesday the guy told me that I can't get change if I don't have an account, said it's their new policy

I love banking here, everyone is so friendly, Micheal Giroux , makes it so comfortable, and he goes out of his way to help you, in any way . Always a great experience

The staff are always polite and the building is bright, clean and cheerful.
