I have been banking here for over 20 years. I am always greeted with a smile. They have never been rude to me or anyone in my family. They call us by first name. We always have pleasant conversations. All of my questions are always handled in the most professional matter. Jarred the Assistant Manger always greets us with a smile and some small talk. If you have a problem with Bank 5 Maybe the problem IS YOU.

Friendly employees I've been with this Bank since I was 18 years old. I would never go to any other bank with this one it's like home.

Every time I go in , no smiles no hello goodmorning, very rude . I hate walking into this bank 5. If I didn't work in Swansea I would never return .
