I had a very horrible experience with Kevin Oliveira, Branch Manager in Swansea. This all started in February 2022. He gave me a specific rate for a cash-out refinance, which I inititially signed for. A month had went by and I had already done the home appraisal. Approximately a week after I completed the appraisal, I recieved an email for a change in rate, which I then questioned Kevin on. He did not like the fact that I questioned him and he decided to ignore me for 3 days after. Kevin left me no choice but to call corporate on him. Corporate investigated and got him to continue the process with the inital rate. At this point, he was very angry so he used every loop hole possible in a professional way(because corporate was attached to every email) to try and disqualify me after he had already gotten me qualified. After successfully not getting me qualified for the initial amount I was going to get, I had to add my fiancé on the loan to help qualify for the amount (he was giving me 62% back instead of 80%). After she submitted all necessary and required paperwork, he then wrote an email stating there is to much bad blood that he didn't think we should continue the process. (He knew we would get 80% back with her on the loan too. Considering almost two months have gone by, I needed to close ASAP due to a project I had going on (which is the initial reason for the cash-out refi). Now, I called corporate again, for the third time. Corporate did a little more investigation and got him once again to continue the loan process seeing we had more than enough to qualify. Corporate made it a point to be ccd in all future emails to make sure everything was going smoothly. At this point we're into April. This guy gave us such a hassle. Fast foward into May, yes MAY! -after we gave him everything under the sun and more, Kevin requested information that we had previously given to him just to delay the process even further. After corporate involved themselves in that section seeing they knew we gave the paperwork, now twice, we then got a generic "congratulations email" from Kevin that we were clear to close. BUT WAIT! even after this email, we were still being requested to provide information on MORE paperwork that we had given him already! We gave the paperwork again! Finally we get a closing date thanks to corporates assistants. We sat down with closing attorney on Friday and we told them that we'd like the money wired and they told us Wednesday was the earliest we could receive it. Closing attorney was great. Wednesday had came and no money in the account. We had someone tell us that Kevin had the attorney hold off on processing our paperwork a day to continue the delay. At this point we reached out to corporate again!! Within a few hours of that complaint, we recieved the money magically. I cannot stress that if you read this to the entirely, you became just as stressed as we were. Without corporates help, we wouldn't have made it this far. To continue the harassment of trying to "screw us", Kevin had someone contact my fiancés job because he was mad she mad a bad review on his Facebook page. This is just an abundance of issues. There is more, but please take my advice and DO NOT USE KEVIN OLIVEIRA! Hope this helps.

Kevin and his team made the refinance process seamless and convenient. The process was made very simple, from uploading documents to the 85% virtual closing. Our busy schedule was not interrupted throughout the process and made it much easier to get the refinance done. I have used Kevin in the past and I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Their expertise and compassion to help home buyers in the lending process is truly a blessing. Tim answered all my questions, guided me in the process and recommended me to reliable contractors.
