Lobby is closed due to Covid and good luck getting anyone on the phone if you have an issue with anything. Got disconnected 7 times and once I got to the end of the robot prompt, there was no option to speak with someone. I really wanted to like this place because it's a credit union, but the customer service is awful

Horrible bank dont waste your time. Bank is so trash. They will find any reason to hold your money. Use a shoe box under the bed before u put your money in this dump

My husband has had positive experience with this bank. Small, local and kind.

This bank can do anything wrong but they won’t claim they are no matter what they do it’s your fault and the people aren’t much help

between the glare and the filthy screen on the ATM it's barely usable? take some pride in your business and clean that nasty ATM
