Horribly run bank. Multiple times on multiple occasions my card has had issues / declined when money was in the account. Customer service is horrible. Avoid.

PCT federal credit Union is amazing! We have been a little behind in bills, and don’t have the greatest credit, and they were a life saver, and gave us a small personal loan to catch up, and gave us a chance! The interest is low also! Thank you so much for your help ! We appreciate you!

Updated MARCH 2021 on bottom . worst experience ever . They will make mistakes and then harass you through telephone and mail (while u have no idea what they are talking about) for instance, If you were to have to pay $50 a month on a loan and you were to bring in $100 and ask them to make that $50 for one month and $50 for another month to clear up two months worth of payments , they don’t do that ! whether it be accidental or on purpose they continuously enter the $100 under one month making it look like the customer is skipping other months and overpaying on some months. Now I understand everybody makes mistakes but the reason I give it one star is because of the person with the insane ego who literally gets proved wrong to her face and that her tellers are inputting things wrong she loves her position and just sending out letters and harassing people from what sure a decent wage... clearly will not take accountability for their own mistakes and just continue with the laughs like our lives as bank customers are some joke when they are haggling our credit as if it’s not hard enough out here for some of us but I guess it’s all perspective still I give it one star absolutely horrible ALSO THE LADY WHO HAS AN ICE COLD HEART FOR MINEY BUT LAST NAME RHYMES WITH TURNS , she tried to tell me what was what when Covid hit , AND LET ME JUST TELL YOU SHE WAS WRONG ABOUT THAT LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE . ONE OF THE MOST LOST CORRUPT BANKS FILLED W BRAINWASHED OLD LADIES WHO HARRAS PEOPLE ON THE GOVERNMENT BEHALF FOR A JOB . FIND A DIFFERENT WAY TO FEED YOUR FAMILY YOU HAG🤣😂🤣😅🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🥲😂🤣
