To insist on making people wear a mask to conduct 30 mins of business I personally feel is not justified. Safety is there concern and I applaud them for their efforts BUT as a customer I’m allowed to refuse and take my business elsewhere. I got approved for a loan and walked out because I was told I needed a mask. People have there own personal feelings about mask wearing, I won’t wear one. I had COVID and now I’m double vaccinated. I didn’t need the money that bad IF at all. I just wanted a back up over the holidays
