OneMain Financial, California, MD

This is the best location for this financial. I started with La Plata and it was terrible, horrible customer service and did not complete my application correctly. I reached out to this location and got the help of Brandy, she instantly got my loan transferred to this location, went above and beyond to do everything right and fix the mistakes on the application. Within a day my loan was accepted and fixed. The communication was awesome and She really did everything she could to fix the other branch’s mistakes. I’d use her in a heartbeat again to help me with anything I needed in the future.

My experience with One main(California,MD branch) was excellent. J. Spear was the loan specialist who assisted me and she was exceptional in getting us to closing in a matter of days. Hat's off to you Ms. Spear .
