Very friendly and professional never had any banking issues

Customer service very rude as if I didn't belong in that bank I don't suggest anybody with color or any other race than white you go to this Bank but that's what I got when I first walked in I had one person acknowledge me the rest just looked at me like I was an alien from another planet and when speaking to you a person that represents the bank she didn't address me her exact words was we don't do that here

This is the best bank in town and the staff is top notch..

Transactions are always processed late, leaving you to think you have more or less in your account than you actually do, which causes you to overdraft. Almost all of their locations are staffed by "Karens" who have no idea what true customer service means. I have been banking with them for years just because they are local, but after one too many "theres nothing I can do" experiences. I will be switching banks. Don't trust them with your money.
