Truist, Cambridge, MD

Truist is a wonderful bank. Their hours are geared towards their customers, and their customer service is wonderful.

Love my bank...... staff cheerful and helpful. Like so many other businesses, Covid has them VERY short staffed, so lobby is closed making dive-thru doing all the business.

Horrible wait times for banking issues when calling customer service automated system said 3-5 minutes currently at 24 minutes of waiting !! They don't deserve 1 star!!

This bank could not suck any more if it tried.

Poor service, could not find payoff on loan. Had to drive to another bank to take care of the business that the employee should have know how to do...maybe more training would help his computer skills. And possibly a lesson on how to treat your customers.

Always friendly staff Mrs. Donna is so helpful and sweet. Valencia behind the counter and a young man in one of the offices are always pleasant and helpful as well
