I love Cheesie Federal Credit Union. When you are.a customer there they know your name Always so friendly even when you can tell they're having a not so good day. All of them are informative If they don't know the answer they will find you the answer by getting the help you need.

I had a payee account here for my mom. Everything is a big deal, as difficult as it can be. Just glad to not have to deal with them anymore.

The drive thru teller should acknowledge they received what you sent in. After 5 minutes with nothing I pushed the button and someone said it would be a few more minutes. It took 15 minutes to deposit cash into my account. There was no one else in the drive thru

The member service ladies are amazing. They go above and beyond for their members. The employees are always smiling and give excellent customer service, I would highly recommend doing your Banking with Chessie FCU

This branch is easy to access and such a quick drive thru. Smiling faces greet me when I walk in and wait time is very minimal that I've discovered. I will deliver across town to get to this one!

Their system is always down, it never fails when I need to check my balance, or have a direct deposit, their system is down. Would not recommend chessie, I have been screwed over by this bank several times. I will be finding a new bank and suggest that those who have chessie switch banks too. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!

First bank I ever used (as a teen), & I am currently using them. I have loved watching Chessie grow into the family it is now. I absolutely love using the mobile app to keep me current with all my finances. Going through the drive through teller is always a pleasure. It’s enjoyable to see a familiar face at my local branch. I’ve never had any major issues worth complaining about with my Credit Union & always refer friends and family to use them. I hope to see Chessie grow even more in the mobile banking/digital department.
